All first time clients are required to leave a 50% deposit.
All appointments over an hour are required to leave a 50% deposit.

Cancellation or change of treatment times within 24 hours of your booking will incur a charge of 50% of the full treatment value. If you fail to show for the appointment, your treatment(s) will be charged at full cost. If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure.

As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, guests are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made and that any booking made with the salon (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract.

How to cancel or change your appointment:
Cancellations should be made by calling us on 020 3207 0088 or 020 3200 2000 or if you are cancelling outside of normal salon operating hours - you may cancel by email but this should be followed up by telephone during salon operating hours.

We will endeavour to ring you 24hrs before your appointment as a courtesy
(but this is not guaranteed).

In the event of your chosen therapist becoming unavailable on your appointment day, we reserve the right to provide service through another trained therapist to carry out the application, and if there is no replacement available urbanbeach will endeavour to contact the client and make an alternative booking.

As a courtesy to other clients following your appointment, late arrivals could possibly result in a reduction of treatment time.

Skin allergy testing is required 24hrs before eyelash/eyebrow tinting and semi-permanent eyelash application.

Courses will be valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Refunds on tanning courses will only be given on production of a doctors certificate

No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the sunbeds. No children under the age of 12 are allowed in the salon for health and safety reasons

Urbanbeach does not take responsibility for any tanning accelerator lotions left on the premises. All lotions are left at your own risk and reserve the right to dispose of any tanning accelerator remaining on the premises 12 months after the date of purchase.

Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred.  Please keep vouchers in a safe place as they cannot be replaced if lost.

Urbanbeach cannot take responsibility for personal belongings left in the salon.
